Stomach/Spleen-Pancreas Family

Stomach/Spleen-Pancreas Family

Reminder: These meridian lines make it possible to enter and build our life. They govern the sense of taste and translate the nurturing capacities of Earth, making it possible to feed and build a healthy body.

In the circadian cycle, the meridian line of the Stomach is more active between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. Then, the circulation of the Spleen-Pancreas meridian line takes over and becomes more sustained between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Normally, the circulation of the Stomach meridian line activates that of the Pancreas, as it is action that leads to realization and not the other way round. However, our attitudes can cause a disruption in the dynamic organization of these two meridians. Impatience, for example, or a desire to finish a project without taking into account the work necessary to realize it, over time can prompt either confusion or competition between the Stomach currents and those of the Spleen-Pancreas.
To support the dynamic organization of these meridian lines and better position their pathway through the body, the following protocol can be used.
Sequential Nutripuncture Protocol
For both men and women: 09, 19, 26, 10, 30
