Directions for use : 

Chew and swallow, one after the other (without mixing them) the 10 tablets in order, starting with the 1st and ending with the 10th of Nutri Pnea 1, then the 10 tablets of Nutri Pnea 2, and finally the 10 tablets of Nutri Pnea 3. 

Take preferably in the evening before bedtime, the tablets are non-cariogenic.
